Hours of Operation

Visible Ink will be closed for the Christmas Break and will not be available for bookings or drop ins from the Friday 20 December 2024 to Tuesday 7 January 2025. Equipment will not be available from the 11 December 2024 until the 7 of January 2025. We will not be able to process any booking requests during this closure time. Have a great break!

Visible Ink’s staffed hours are:
Wednesday 2-8pm
Thursday 2-8pm
Friday 2-8pm
Saturday 12-5pm

During these times, the space is open for casual use, and our Maker Space (including printing) and Art Studio are available for all users without needing an appointment, so feel free to pop in!

Users also have the option to book our Rehearsal Space, Multi Space or Meeting Space, on any day of the week.
Booking times are 9am-12pm, 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm and 8-10pm.
For any bookings outside of our staffed hours, please note that you will need to collect an Access Card from the space during our staffed hours, prior to your booking.
If you are booking a space for the first time, you will also need to complete a short Induction with one of our staff, to provide you with all relevant safety and security information, as well as your rights and responsibilities when accessing the space.

Our Media Studio is also available to book, during our staffed hours only (see above).
Before requesting your first Media Studio booking, you will need to attend the space between 4-8pm on a Wednesday to complete a Studio Induction.

Visible Ink will be closed for casual use on public holidays. The space may still be available to book during these times, please contact us for more information.
